Composite Margherita Pizza
Eight Margherita pizzas are ordered from eight different pizzerias, to arrive at the same address. Each Pizza is divided into the standard eight slice configuration. One slice from each pizza is taken and arranged to form a set of new composite pizzas, each containing the eight different interpretations of a pizza Margherita.
This work is a performative dinner party that can be commissioned. The work will be eaten, the experience will live on, the performance will be documented. A photo of one composite pizza will be made and framed in a 12” frame and signed on the reverse.
